VESTAL'S CUSTOM RIFLES built me this custom 28 Nosler in 2018. Rifle is brand new and has been in my safe ever since. The only shot that has been fired through it was when Vestals was test firing rifle after building. Rifle is in perfect condition. I am listing all the rifle components and specs. Feel free to message me with any questions or for more pictures. I am letting a factory box of Nosler 168gr Custom Competition ammo go with rifle. This rifle will be shipped in a New Pelican Vault with the DAKA system installed in case. I will ship scope box and ring box with rifle if buyer wants.
