Taking reservations now for home raised, hormone and antibiotic free yearling angus steers ready for processing beginning in November 2025 through early 2026.
Black Angus steers born and raised on our family farm in Greene County. USDA inspected, vacuum packed and processed to your specifications by a local family-owned butcher in Greeneville, TN.
Price is $3.75/lb hanging weight plus the butcher's fees. A non-refundable deposit of $100 for a half or $200 for a whole steer is requested to reserve your spot, which will be applied to the final cost.
Typical hanging weights are 550 to 650 lbs for a whole steer, which would equate to +/- 400-500 lbs of finished product. Halfs would be about +/- 200-250 lbs of finished product.
