Heritage breed hogs raised on our family farm in Greene County. USDA inspected, vacuum packed and processed to your specifications by a local family-owned butcher in Greeneville, TN.
Price is $3.75/lb hanging weight plus the butcher's fees. A deposit of $100 is requested to reserve your spot, which will be applied to the final cost.
Typical hanging weights are 200-250 lbs, which would equate to +/- 150-175 lbs of finished product.
