Black Angus steers born and raised on our family farm in Greene County. USDA inspected, vacuum packed and processed to your specifications by a local family-owned butcher in Greeneville, TN.
Price is $3.75/lb hanging weight plus the butcher's fees. A deposit of $100 for a half or $200 for a whole steer is requested to reserve your spot, which will be applied to the final cost.
Typical hanging weights are 550 to 650 lbs for a whole steer, which would equate to +/- 400-500 lbs of finished product. Halfs would be about +/- 200-250 lbs of finished product.
