Comes with the surrounding dash panel with buttons. You will need to reuse your metal mounting bracket & yellow plastic snap clips that hold it to the dashboard as they are not included.
Sorry for the dust on the photos, forgot to wipe it off before I took the photos. My daughter's car didn't have a camera originally, but it had the connections for it and worked with the factory radio with no modifications, so I added one. If you don't have a camera, it's easy to add one and it's plug-n-play.
If you'd like more photos of it, just let me know. Since it has been removed already, I can't take any photos of it powered on, but I can send photos of the back, sides, front, etc.
