MINT CONDITION
We are selling our 2017 Grand Design Reflection model 303RLS 5th wheel camper. We bought it brand new and have only used it a handful of times, so it is still in excellent condition.
Has not ever been smoked in or had pets.
The unloaded weight (UVW) 9854 lbs., hitch weight 1865 lbs., length 32'9", height 12'3".
Upgraded R-value package - main floor R-30, walls R-9, ceiling R-40 made for 4 season living.
Completely enclosed underbelly with circulating heat for the holding tanks.
Very strong aluminum construction with top quality fiberglass exterior skin. Automatic self leveling system installed from the factory.
Awning are installed over the 3 slide outs. Also their are 2 motorized automatic awnings for personal use. Main one is 13 feet wide.
5000 btu heated fireplace in addition to in floor ducted 35000 btu heating. Two A/C units ceiling ducted. 15K is the main one.
Living area (kitchen, dinning, living room) is a VERY large wide open lcozy layout with slides on both sides. Residential queen size bed 60" x 80" in bedroom and large slide out deluxe closet. Bathroom has porcelain toilet, corner sink, corner shower with skylight and motorized fan.
Closet pantry (automatic light inside) in the kitchen, with all wood residential cabinet and draw fronts with ball bearing full extending draw glides.
Stove has an oven and burners. Over head convection microwave/vent hood, refrigorator freezer works with 120 v or propane. Deep stainless steel under counter mounted kitchen sink.
Leather sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Leather reclining thearter seating are heated and have led accent floor lights on them.
Stereo is AM/FM/CD/DVD/blue tooth with speakers inside and out side.
Motion sensor lights, LED lighting under main awning, at the front hitch location, on the outside closet slide, underbelly storage and sooo sooo many more cool qualities.
