Stag Arms upper. Its a 16 " that comes complete BCG and upgraded Diamondhead hand guards. And the original as well. It's a 1x9 twist chrome lined barrel . I am the original owner I bought this years ago when Stag was building rifles in New Britain Connecticut-it's a original Stag built upper. It's a great shooter.
