For sale is an original Vietnam era M-16A1 parts kit. As far as I can tell, all parts are present minus barrel and lower receiver. The upper receiver is "C" marked, has a "tear drop" style forward assist, and no brass deflector. The bolt carrier is "C" marked with a properly staked gas key. The bolt is "MPC" stamped. The upper receiver, butt stock, and handguards have a coating of black enamel paint. This is indicative of use by a Southeast Asian country at some point in its lifetime. These kits are scarce now due to the popularity of "retro" AR builds.
