I just got this but got in over my head. It's a 2007 Ford F250 lariat outlaw 6.0L diesel with 204k miles. It's a little rough but still a very rare truck. It's got a 12" lift, 22" fuel rims, 35" toyo tires, and amp power steps. It has issues that I'm not going to have time to sort out. My loss is going to be someone's gain. It's a clean title truck. Currently waiting on the title to come back.
The issues I know
1. It needs an oil cooler, this has caused an oil leak. It's not expensive but it is an 8hr job to change.
2. The transmission shifts hard and has a couple codes. May just need a fluid change or flush.
3. Has a sinister egr delete but the codes for the egr haven't been tuned out. I'll send the codes if anyone wants to see them.
This may be an easy fix for a diesel mechanic but not for me with my limited knowledge.
