I've forgotten my username and/or password. How do I find out what they are?

Click the "Forget Login/Password?" link at the top of any theEclassifieds.com page. Type your email address in the "Username or Email" field and click the Submit button. Note: You must have access to the email address to which your account is registered.

Check your email for a message from TheEclassifieds.com. Your username is given to you near the bottom of the message. If you remember your password but not your username, disregard the Reset Password link in the email.

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Reset Password" link in the email. This will take you to the Change Forgotten Password page. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field. Enter that same new password again in the "Confirm Password" field then click the Submit button. You will now be logged in.

If you don't receive the email, check your email account's spam filter to see if it blocked the incoming email.
