Week available for 2018.   Not scheduled yet for 2018 yet.  We have owned this Villa for at least 15 years and only been 3 times due to just not enough time. Paid $12,000 for it and it is paid for with a clear mortgage title / deed. This is a property you own for Life, not rent or lease. A great investment.  Put it in your will, for a family member, etc. as you would any other property. It is also very secure with parking in parking garage under unit.  It is hard for me to travel much so we don't go.

It will Sleeps 8-10. It is only 2 blocks, or one mile from Disney World gate. It is also on the only lake in Orlando, beautiful Lake Bryan. There is a Putt Putt course on site, a pier, sand beaches, tennis courts and several swimming pools, Exercise Gym and lots of other things to do at the resort. They have daily activities for all children and teenagers. Daycare available.  Restaurants, Shopping, just as a few examples of what you will find. It is also close by to all the other Attractions and Parks. But, also separate enough for a quiet, peaceful vacation. Or it can be banked and exchanged at anytime, even a different year. A fun-filled family vacation.

It is a Platinum week, which is anytime during your year, unlike others which are only certain times of the year. It is Bi-Annual, or every other year on Even years, this year, 2018, is ready to reserve your vacation! and can also be banked with RCI or Diamond Resort, to use within the next few years anywhere in the world. You can also still buy another year to make it yearly, but, it will cost more since this price is at a great bargain, less than half price!

The value has increased quite a bit since we first purchased it on 7/21/1998. The bi-annual week is currently selling at the resort, at over $20,000 each. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom Suite / Villa. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with washer and dryer. A full-size, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser. Any dish/utensil you would want to use. Coffee pot, blender, etc. also. It is almost 1600 square feet total. The master bedroom has a complete bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower unit. Full size closet and separate commode area with door. The 2nd “master bedroom” is the same except it only has a large size tub and a separate shower unit, no Jacuzzi jets. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet, etc. across from a full-size bathroom with shower/tub unit, sink and commode. Every bedroom has a TV and phone. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a love seat and a chair. Very nice and comfortable. A TV, stereo system for movies and music. You can rent movies, etc. at the resorts shop. There is a full-size dining room table in the kitchen. There is a screened-in porch large enough for 4-5 people, at least.

This is a very high quality Resort, especially close to all these Attractions in Orlando, and high up on the lists of RCI for your great places to exchange to, such as Ireland, Europe, or in the United States. There are also Embassy Resorts all over the country. Myrtle Beach is only one of them. You aren’t stuck to only go to this Resort. Daytona Beach is only an hour or so away for a fun day you can drive to. Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, Cyprus Gardens, Walt Disney World Parks, and Universal Studios. There is fishing, canoeing, parasailing, banana boat riding, and on and on. Right there across from the resort in Lake Bryan. Far enough away to not be bothered but close enough to have FUN FUN!!!!
