Owner wants to emphasize the
versatility & utility of this cross-over..
having the visibility & maneuverability of a sport coupe;
but also showing the off-road agility of a 4x4 SUV;  
towing capability of small Diesel truck; &
cargo capacity of an large hatchback SUV.
With the each of the split rear seat backs folded down flat, 
the rear cargo bay is converted to a hauler.

Good luck finding a 'small' pick-up truck in the USA, w/ a Diesel engine. (They have not been imported since the 1980's).

The angle & well-placement of the narrow, yet robust, window/corner posts, plus its panoramic use of tinted glass; allow driver to see unobstructed views out the rear & corners (reducing the blind spots, typical of most other cross-overs & SUVs).

It’s second to none, in the areas of acceleration;
(thanks esp to the highly-efficient, torque-rich turbo-charged V6 engine);  handling; and that tactile interface between driver & machine (so perfected by the masters at Porsche).  

Owner also wanted to highlight the 
road-hugging capability of this car, due to its symmetrical AWD & low-slung center of gravity; but with ample ground-clearance.

From the hi-torque 6 cyl turbo Diesel;
to the even distribution of the power-train along the center axis & outward to each of the full-time engaged, 4 driven wheels,  
all w/ ABS anti-lock & Disc (vs rear Drum) brakes..
this vehicle is an example of a road machine, that can handle S-curves, slick surfaces, & snowy ground conditions.

With the added combination of..
independent 4-Wheel Swing-Arms, 
McPherson-type Strut/Coil-Spring suspension, 
traction control, low centroid, positive (min play) power-assisted steering, & small Turning Radius of only ?? feet;  negotiating tight or vigorous turns, is no problem.

[These options, TBA: The 'Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus' (PTV Plus) system improves cornering by sending more power to the outside rear wheel when rounding turns, thus helping the Cayenne better obey input from the steering wheel.  
This feature and 'Active Suspension' and 'Dynamic Chassis Control' help the Cayenne respond like a lithe sports car.]

Full-time AWD cross-overs, require that the front tire & its following rear tire, both revolve @ the the same speed, regardless of its left or right mirrored counterpart (which is accounted for by the differential).

It's also relatively low maintenance, due to its simple, but smart design, & build quality; as well as the Owner's efforts to preserve it.

OWNER's TERMS For PRIVATE SALE..
If Buyer is local to Owner; 
Owner maybe willing to meet @ Buyer's County Clerk Ofc 
to change Veh Registration.

If Buyer is Not local to current Owner; 
a Public Notary (offered by Owner's Bank) is required to be present
to sign & seal Buyer's signature on current Owner's Title, 
before Owner releases Title.
(So Buyer must meet Owner, near Owner's Bank.)

Alternative to Public Notary envolvement 
(i.e. Weekends):
• Buyer.. 
A) pays Cash; &
B) fills-out $ sale amount on Title's back page.
• Buyer signs.. 
C) Car Title (Buyer keeps/Owner makes photos); & 
D) Bill of Sale (Owner keeps/Buyer makes photos).
