Great Christmas Gifts.....These are custom made birdhouses, made to order. We can make the birdhouse in various colors and offer a single (12" X 16"base) or a double (24" X 16). The double has a divider in the middle so two birds can live there. The colors we have in stock are school colors UVA, UNC, VA Tech, UT, University of Nebraska as well as Scarlet Red and Yellow. We can match any school color request and/or theme. Price may vary based on detail or if special paint color is required - just contact me for more details. Double Birdhouse $175 Base price and Single Birdhouse Base Price $95 The birdhouse may be hung and/or placed on a 4X4 post, a base is placed on each bird house for easy mounting on the 4X4 post. Please specify if you would rather hang the birdhouse. The Double Birdhouse is approximately 15 1/2" Tall, 16" Wide and 24" Long. The birdhouses have 3 coats of exterior paint and the roof is 1 inch pine with stained cedar singles - the birdhouse weights approximately 23lbs -25lbs so it is very sturdy.
