Seaside Villas are located on South Forest Beach Dr.( Ocean Front Property ) in Beautiful Hilton Head SC. This property is surrounded by Beautiful Beaches, Bike Trails, shopping, restaurants & a New Water Front Park all within a 10 min. walk.
My Villas have both been recently updated with Free Wi-Fi, 200 channel HD Cable TV, Bright Coastal Paint Colors , (2) Flat Screen TV's (1-in both the bedroom & living area) & Newly updated Bath rooms. The Villas have a queen size bed in the private bedroom, 2-bunk beds (kidsize) and a queen sleeper sofa in the living/kitchen area. There is also a small kitchen with appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware. Shopping, Grocery Stores, Restaurants & Bike Rentals are all within a short walk from the complex. Bed linens /towels , (2) Beach Chairs and end of week cleaning service are all provided during your stay! Bikes can be rented & delievered to your villa thru Pedals Bike Rentals or they are available across the street from the complex!
Weekly Summer rates are $795.00 (taxes included) plus $75 cleaning fee! I do also charge a $100 damage / key fob deposit that can be held until departure when condo is inspected & key/ key fob has been mailed back to me.Late Winter & early Spring nightly rental rates start at $85.00 a night (3-night min.) plus cleaning fee $75.00. Weekly Winter, Spring & Fall rates starting at $595.00 plus cleaning fee. Winter monthly rates are available but please call for prices as they can vary depending on the time of year! A 1/2 down deposit will hold your reservation...so BOOK early to reserve your Vacation time on Hilton Head Island!
