Our unit is located in Mountain View Condos – which was voted BEST CONDOS IN PIGEON FORGE for both 2016 and 2017. From the private balcony (7th floor), you can enjoy peaceful Mountain View’s during the days and the lights of the Parkway after dark.

Although located just one block off the Parkway, being located “on top of the hill” gives you the quiet you want for your vacation. All of the many attractions of Pigeon Forge, shopping and restaurants are nearby and convenient.

Our condo provides you plenty of space to enjoy a long weekend or an extended stay. There are 9’ ceilings (except the kitchen) and crown moulding in the living room and dining room areas.

You will enjoy the split floor plan of our condo as you take advantage of the amenities that make you feel welcome and interested in returning for your next getaway.

Child-proof locks are installed on both balcony doors for added peace of mind if you have small children.

The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all you need to prepare meals. The dining table provides seating for 6 with two stools at the bar providing additional seating.

The living room has abundant seating and a cozy electric fireplace. Kickback in the recliners and watch the 50” 4K SmartTV with Blueray DVD player, all mounted above the rustic mantle made from barn wood. The sleeper sofa has a queen-size memory foam mattress.

The master bedroom has a 46” SmartTV and DVD player for watching while relaxing in the king-size bed with a My Pillow mattress topper and new bedding. Light blocking drapes make it easy to sleep late in the morning. The master bath has a granite double-sink vanity, separate walk-in shower and an oversized jetted tub.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a My Pillow mattress topper and new bedding. The 34” TV is equipped with a Blueray smart DVD player. Blackout drapes, along with a ceiling fan add to your comfort. There is a full bath attached with a tub/shower combination and granite-topped vanity.

The condo is also equipped with a full size stacking washer and dryer.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo. If you have a Netflix account, you can watch Netflix in the living room and master bedroom.

The building has a centrally located elevator and guest carts to aid in handling your luggage or purchases from a day of shopping.

There is an outdoor pool, community hot tub and a heated indoor pool, both of which are surrounded by grass, trees and beautiful mountain views. The pool area includes large decks for sunbathing with plenty of lounge chairs and covered picnic tables for shade.

There is a large playground area for the kids and large open spaces for volleyball and horseshoes. There are several outdoor grills with picnic tables around the property. There is also a quarter-mile walking trail bordered by seating areas.
