- 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleep 6 time share in Orlando. Blue Tree is conveniently located to all the major Orlando theme parks. The resort is actually within two blocks of where Disney’s property starts, near the entrance to Downtown Disney. It is within 8 miles of Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. A complimentary shuttle service and discount attraction tickets are available at the resort for all the major theme parks. The resort has an activities director with many planned activities for adults and children alike (arts & crafts, games, food, etc). Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and the cost listed is the total cost!!! Be sure when booking with others to watch out for hidden fees such as cleaning fees, taxes, etc. Currently reserved for week beginning June 15th, but I may be able to swap for another week you specify. This is fall break week for both Kingsport City and Washington County, TN schools. Can check for other dates if needed.
