We're now taking reservations for our next batch of farm fresh pork, ready for pickup in June or July. The pictures attached are some of the newest batch, as well as a few pictures of the current hogs that are reserved and about to head to an appointment.
When you buy from us, you're getting heritage pork that was raised on pasture. This means that the meat is delicious, and you can rest easy knowing that these pigs didn't spend their life in filth or living in a compact crate. Our hogs get to run, root, sunbathe....be pigs!
$4.5/lb hanging for a half portion or $4.0/lb hanging for a whole hog. This includes the butcher fee (including if you choose to do most of yours in sausage) and pickup of your meat at the farm. If you prefer to buy a live hog, that can be arranged. Delivery of meat or live hog can be arranged.
